The plugins stay free whether or not you donate. Nothing unlocks, nothing changes, no one is tracked.
Donations are not payment for the software. They are support, so the work can carry on and the plugins can stay free.
Set a donate link under Xelora → Settings.
If money is tight, these help just as much: report a bug clearly, tell someone the plugins exist, or send a mix you used them on.
