This agreement is between you and xeloraaudio.com and covers every plugin downloaded from this site. Installing or using the software means you accept it.
1. What you get
A free, non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to install and use the software on machines you own or control, for personal and commercial work alike. Music, mixes, masters, records, film, television, games and advertising made with these plugins are yours, with no royalty and no additional licence.
2. What you may not do
You may not sell, rent, lease or sublicense the software. You may not redistribute the installers, bundle them into another product, or host them on another site. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted. You may not remove or alter any copyright notice.
3. Ownership
The software is licensed, not sold. xeloraaudio.com retains all rights, title and interest in it, including all intellectual property.
4. Updates
Updates, when released, fall under this same agreement. There is no obligation to release updates or to keep supporting any particular version, operating system or plugin format.
5. No warranty
The software is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You use it at your own risk. Audio software can crash a host and take unsaved work with it — save often.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, xeloraaudio.com is not liable for any damages whatsoever, including lost profits, lost sessions, lost recordings, hardware damage or business interruption, arising from use of or inability to use the software, even if advised of the possibility.
7. Consumer rights
Nothing here removes statutory rights you hold as a consumer under the law of your country that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you breach it. On termination, stop using the software and remove it from your machines.
9. Governing law
Cyprus law governs this agreement.
