Donations are voluntary
Every plugin on this site is free. A donation is a gift, not a purchase. Nothing unlocks, no feature appears, and no support tier is granted in exchange.
How donations are handled
Donations are processed by a third-party payment provider. Your card details never reach this site. The provider handles the transaction under its own terms and privacy policy.
Refunds
Because a donation buys nothing, there is normally nothing to refund. If you donated by mistake, donated twice, or the amount was wrong, email Xeloraaudio@hotmail.com within 14 days and it will be returned, no questions asked.
What it keeps going
Donations are not payment for the software. They are support, so the work can carry on and the plugins can stay free.
Receipts and tax
The payment provider issues the record of your transaction. Donations to an individual developer are generally not tax deductible — check your own jurisdiction if that matters to you.
